Ok so im trying to log into my account and it says login denied about 1 week ago I believe I failed to log in my password 3 times so I got that thing where logins are restricted so I just played on this alt not really hasnt been bothering me but its kinda bothering now I still havnt been able to log in also it has Membership so I dont want to waste my money for nothing I tried changing the password still no good so please help me

Are you unable to login to the website with your account in question? If you are NOT able to login to the site, even after changing your password, fill out this fourm including the account key name in question, when the issue began, and any other information that you feel may be relevant as to why your account was restricted.
If you are able to login to the website with the account in questions, but are unable to log into the pager, try opening the BYOND pager > File > Preferences > Advanced > Open User Directory > Rename key.txt to key.old > Completely exit out of the pager and attempt to log in again.
