Hi Rodoux,

In order to help you, we're going to need more information about your problem, answering the following questions clearly will help us do that.

1) Can you be more specific as to what isn't working about your mouse?

2) What are you trying to do when your mouse fails to work correctly?

3) Is this the same mouse that you used before with your old computer?

4) Does movement just cease, become delayed or unresponsive, or is it a problem with left, right, and center clicking?

5) Is your mouse wireless?

6) Does your mouse use a USB port [square], or a PS2 port (round).

7) What are you trying to click that is not working correctly? HUD objects, interface objects, browser objects, Windows objects, etc?

Answering these questions as detailed and clearly as possible will be very helpful. Good luck!

1) The mouse stop of working, and i need move a lot for can use it but that random stop again and again...

2) Move a lot the mouse, if i do that work but i let of use it the mouse stop of work, but if i dont let of use the mouse, that work fine.

3) Thats a touchpad, then thats a new mouse

4) That generally fail, thats like the mouse for some reason dont detect me

5) Thats in the laptop

6) I dont, thats a touchpad mouse

7) When that works, that click and move correctly but when i dont use it and i try use it again that dont detect clicks/moves
Just to clarify, When you're using your touchpad, you can use it in BYOND games, as long as you don't take your hand off of the touchpad. Once you remove your hand off the touchpad, BYOND no longer responds to your hand gestures or clicks. This doesn't happen with any other program or windows object you have used so far. Correct?

Just a few more questions.

1) What do you do to correct the problem of your touchpad not working? Does exiting out of dream seeker cause it to work again, or does it start working again after a few seconds? Do you have to reboot your computer to fix it?

2) Do you have access to a corded/wireless mouse you can use? If you do, try plugging it into your laptop and see if it functions correctly.

3) What other programs have to tried to use your touchpad in? Have they all worked as expected?

4) What version of Windows are you using?
1)I rebooted my cp but nothing, i have to move A LOT for can move the mouse, so i cant fix the mouse.

2) I will try cause i dont have, but i dont think thats a hadware problem, cause the mouse works fine with any other program

3)The mouse works fine with any other program, thats only in byond

4) Windows 7 home premium
Is this happening in all BYOND games or only a specific one?
I fixed it, thats a configuration of windows 7 ty all :)
Glad to here it!

Any chance you could post what setting you changed? It would be great for other users who may have the same problem/have this problem in the future.
