The menu wasn't properly disabling the "Open Project Folder" option when it was unavailable.

This issue has been resolved.
The option, "Open Project Folder", is available in the File menu when a project is not open in Dream Maker. Naturally, it doesn't do anything, but obviously it shouldn't be an available option unless a project is actually open.
