This is not a bug. It may be an incorrect use of syntax or a limitation in the software. For further discussion on the matter, please consult the BYOND forums.
Descriptive Problem Summary:
When a BYOND moderator merges two topics into one; the newer topic seems to take head over the older one. Showing the newer topic as the post and the older one as the first reply.
Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1)Create two topics in the forums.
2)Have a BYOND moderator merge those two topics.
3)View the merged topic.
Code Snippet (if applicable) to Reproduce Problem:
None.

Expected Results:
The older post takes authority over the newer one.
Actual Results:
The opposing.
Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often?
Seemingly every time.
In other games?
Not game-related.
In other user accounts?
Yes.
On other computers?
Yes.

When does the problem NOT occur?
Haven't seen enough to verify if it's just a flaw with which topic is chosen to be merged first or a flaw with how BYOND's forum reads the merge.
Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? (Visit http://www.byond.com/download/build to download old versions for testing.)
Not Needed.
Workarounds:
Leave the topic seperate, I suppose.
This isn't a bug, it's a matter of which post is merged into which post.

Thank you. Sorry for this then.

However, would it be logical for me ot post a feature request for sorting it by date rather than which was merged into which?
