You can host with anything running Windows or Linux.

Virpus has a lot of downtime, BYONDPanel has only crashed for me. And VPSCheap limits your speed.

Sadly crashes happen :)
Honestly if your up and down speed are good and stable you have a pc on 24/7 your all good if you can foot the bill. A good idea is to look into a nas type system Buffalo linkstation pro duo runs a nix based system with 1.8ghz (I think) not sure about the RAM costs around $100+ throw in a 2Tb an you have yourself a storage + media player + BYOND game host. | |

I'd go with BYONDPanel, they have amazing support. But I still prefer being able to set up my own machine. =P
