Need help creating offline server

I recently stayed at a friends house and we played station 13 together(love it!) and now im at my boring old home with no internet D: (using phone to post this) I want to know if theres a way to use dream maker or daemon to create my own offline server from the files byond downloaded into its cache. thanks :D

You'd have to get the files from the internet or from your friend -- the cache only contains resources like images and sound, no actual game executable files are stored on your machine if you join someone else's server.

so the 30 mb's or so it downloaded is for nothing?

The 30 mb only includes mostly graphical content.
It is not downloaded for nothing, otherwise you wouldn't be able to hear or see anything in the game, although in theory it would be running perfectly on the server.

does it contain all the graphics,sounds, animations, etc for the server??

Depending on the phone, you might be able to setup it and get internet connection on PC, though most likely it'll be really slow.

Plan has nothing to do with it. If you have internet on the phone, and phone hardware supports such feature, then you can have internet on PC.

i had it connected but it didnt work and when i called the support thats what they said o.o

ok tried using DUN with my phone but insta disconnects. i called my phone support and now he said i need a smart phone x.x AHHHHH

As for your question: the cache includes the items you listed.
Please note as it doesn't include the source code or the compiled code, which directly runs on the server and not your computer(therefore not downloaded).
