Feed is a survival shooter focused around gunning down undead horrors created by Frakture Studios. Programmed by Kumorii, Darker Emerald, D-Cire, and ExPixel and boosted with SuperAntx's Simple Move library, the game handles extremely well given that it has many enemies present at a time on top of using pixel movement.
The art assets have a certain charm to them, far different than most zombie games that feature gritty realistic graphics. They were created by Kumorii and Lilius. The different maps are well-designed and flow nicely. Some allow you to easily set up a spot to defend yourself better.
The music was put together by a friend of Kumorii's, going by the alias Lohrig. You can check out his other work here.
The game is both single and multiplayer, so if you're tired of facing the horde alone you can hop on a server and have friends to assist you!
A scoreboard exists that keeps track of the amount of zombies you've kill and the number of waves you've survived. There are also several medals to be had to show off the various accolades you've achieved.
For $3 a month, you can get neat subscriber features such as:
- 50% more health
- 15% more weapon and secondary capacity
- Weapons do 15% more damage
- A golden star next to your name
- And more to come in the final update!
Kumorii notes that one more update is on the horizon for Feed, as well as a fancy standalone installer created by ExPixel.
