I'd like to propse these features for house owners.

*Make custom furniture stalkable as in add a simple overlay/underlay type of programming so you could have multiple customs on top of another, set a limit to these so people won't abuse it.

*This relates to the house and the land around it, I think that we should be able to have access to all of it. Its a big whole block and we only have acess to about 65% of it or less, personally with this new custom furniture feature I would and could put that other precentage of land to use since its not doing anything anyway, its not government property ETC.

*This is for the imbeciles that come to player houses and spam drop suits all over, I suggest that you add a -You can not place this here- type of restriction type of code to that field.

*Just throwing a few ideas in the mix, owning multiple homes on the same are another home (same owner OFC) is located, or add the subscriber only perk of having more rooms bigger houses ETC. Maybe a NPC to buy house suipplies like turfs as in building turfs to make a seperate house in which you can acutally enter. People feel free to post ideas ETC.
