Yea , an example would be forum accounts pixel library.
All someone would need to do to compile in there source could be this

#include "http://byond.Forum_Account/Pixel_Movement"

And upon getting the Page, compiles the code along with it but the players themselves never have access to "mod"/edit it.

Not being able to modify a library is pretty silly :P

Taking a look back, it seems instead of the idea of the URL source code being locked or such, it simply gets it from the URL :P

I could modify the library on the web-end and it will pretty much update instantly for others who compile afterwards :)
