Speaking of which how did Gravity run on everyone's systems? I tried to make it CPU friendly but I've got a long way to go.

Surprisingly, it ran well on my computer. I noticed some delay when it came to pressing an arrow key and then the character actually moving. But I am sure that's on my end.

Great work, Bravo! It's a fun game and I hope to see it continued and/or sequels.

So far I have tried Gravity, 1-bit Space Adventure (I think that was the name, anyway), Yut Puts entry, Sword, and Chaos Keys.

I also just listed them in the order of highest to lowest in terms of how much I enjoyed them. To answer your question, Bravo, it ran quite well on my laptop which is pretty decent but nothing spectacular. It'll be replaced soon, hopefully, due to a few hardware issues including the space bar being nearly broke which is what I am assuming made it so hard for me to double jump high enough in Gravity.

Since the judging hasn't come in yet, I won't say too much beyond answering questions and mentioning bugs/technical difficulties for now. I am, however, glad that Gravity will continue. My only real issue with Gravity was that I kept wanting to use arrow keys instead of A & D, but that's more of a personal habit than a game issue.

I played the latest downloadable for 1-bit, so I had no bugs or problems there, and Yut Puts entry ran fine as well it was just odd being able to jump/fly into water; which I assume was just an odd obstacle used due to the limited time.

I used the latest download with Sword, and its only problem was that it is too short, and I couldn't seem to kill the enemy or get any tutorial for it so I assume it ended there; especially since there was no where else to go.

Chaos Keys was interesting, but too laggy as others previously discussed. I didn't play it much because of the lag, and the must be damaged obstacle early in game; so I can't really say much on it.

This will be rigged. The judge will take a sum of the money and split it with the "supposed" winner that they come into agreement with.

Keep an eye on ET.

Give them time to finish judging and writing the reviews.
oh okay

What you've been saying makes me curious about my game. Did it run well? That wasn't even something I considered. I guess I can't fathom a BYOND game not running well on anything that anybody is using these days.

I have problems testing my own games on one of my computers

The jumping was actually my fault HEHEH >_>. Turns out I made jumping 1 pixel too short, which means the jumping was short... by 12 pixels ... PER JUMP

This has been fixed, but I doubt you care to replay the game at the moment. XD

Ah, yes, you are correct but that is still good to know and I can assure you I will play once it is updated with more content. I didn't let the jump issue stop me, so no reason to replay for now, haha.

Incase you forgot, the BYONDite empire is still at war with Oasis's BYONDling tribe. There will be no agreements between me and him.

...Or will there? *sinisterlaugh.wav*

Why do you feel it's rigged?

For it's what a smart person would do.

Life is a matter of perspective. To me, screwing over other people isn't smart. Unless they die, you have to interact with them again most likely. A smart person would be fair, just and try his or her best to do right by people. Regardless of the choices others make, because at the end of the day, other people's failures don't go onto your "resume", unless.. ya know you get framed or blackmailed. But even then... if the other person does it enough they are bound to get caught.

My point is, people are limited by what they can see. It's detrimental to anyone to run an unfair contest, sure the judging might be different based on judges preferences, but from my understanding there's multiple judges right?
Just remember, a lot of you submitted some messed up entries to the judges. So since most of you fixed certain things AFTER submitting, It still might hurt you. I also hope this closes up soon. Oasis needs to get back so this can end and people can move on to other stuff.
Lets end the discussion on fraud here. There is no reason to scream fire when its clearly not necessary. Lets focus on the aftermath of the contest, and the great entries that were submitted.

On that note, it would be great with an update to the OP post or a new one, with a list of entries; I'm also not sure what multiplayer entries were around, or how to find them?
