whenever i try to open a byond game online the launching pad pops up as normal says launching/ connecting then the writing vanishes and all thats left is the launching pad with the byond logo on it

Every time i open a game the launching pad will pop up and say connecting or launching byond but then the writing goes and the blue box thing is there with the byond logo and it doesnt load up
