Descriptive Problem Summary:
The byond hub wont start up and i cant login to any games. It keeps saying "BYOND Central is not accessible".

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often?
In other games?
In other user accounts?
On other computers?

The problem occurs everytime i try to login to my key. i havent been able to go into a game since the update.

When does the problem NOT occur?
Never now
Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? (Visit http://www.byond.com/download/build to download old versions for testing.)

It was Working before i updated but now when downgrade to older versions its the same. I forget what version i had before the update.

I've tried run as administrator and yes i went all the way to the actually file still doesn't work
