Unable to Override ping

This feature has already been implemented, or is already achievable with existing methods.
Well, currently was working on a feature which requires ping to work as it would in default, when I noticed that it can be overridden by world/Topic..

Is it possible to make world/Topic unable to override what BYOND's deafuly ping does?

Ter13 resolved issue (Redundant).

Overidden behavior can be triggered by invoking the supercall (..()).
