wishing to become a super saiyan, that sounds a little bit ridiculous to me.

though, makes a sense considering that the saiyan race was stomped to dirt. but wishing for it? lol

Not yet, unfortunately. Dragon Ball Online has only been officially released in Korea at the moment, Branks is just jumping the gun.

It's release date is apparently TBA 2010 however. So it'll hopefully be out sooner or later.
