Well, so I sent a package to the United Kingdom, right? Seems that Parcel Force was then handling the package once it cleared customs. Evidently, they tried to deliver at 12:30 AM, which is completely off. Even if that was my local time that was displayed, that would mean there it would have been 5:30 AM.
Last time I checked, English people weren't nocturnal bats hanging out all night waiting for mail before normal people even wake up.. Kind of reminds me of when Lee Evans was complaining about Parcel Force "attempting to deliver" but they never do. It's like they get halfway up the drive way then go "Nooooo, too far! No one here! Attempted :D"

Parcel Force's response really depends on the postman. Some areas have evidently lazier guys than others.
