Input Control Character Limit

Issue hasn't been assigned a status value.
Give the input control a Character Limit option, don't think theres any need to go into details.

This would really be nice as most times you set a limit in-game the other players aren't aware if they've passed the limit or not, ending up in actual, not-spam, paragraph turn into a frustrating moment.

Also being able to set them to numbers or text only

I'd upvote this but all my votes are currently tied up in other features. :p

I was fixing to make a feature request but you beat me to it Deadpool. I would like to see this feature implemented.

Combining this with control_freak would save having to use copytext() at the server side to cut the message/text down.
