Starting a new environment

Code Snippet (if applicable) to Reproduce Problem: Not Applicable

Expected Results: Starting a new enviroment

Actual Results: The program gives me a error that says "Unable to read projectdirectory/project.dme"

Does the problem occur:
Every time

When does the problem NOT occur?

Never

Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked?
The last version I used was 3.0 or soemthing like that on XP, may just be Vista, or you may not support Vista Ultimate, in which case I will think about ways to Curse you out.(which happens to be below ;>)
Rant: If you don't support ONE operating system then I think I deserve to be pissed off by what I shall call byonds LAZYNESS or UNWILLINGNESS to spend money for the users sake.

Workarounds:None

I can confirm this - but it's not what it seems. Dream Maker simply won't (can't?) make the project folder you're specifying, which is what's causing that error. Make the directory manually, then create the environment.

Vista Business 32 SP1 here.
This is a file permission issue, not a bug.
