Issue hasn't been assigned a status value.

I would like to be able to control the default windows dragability. Right now, it's default is set so that you can drag it anywhere. And the only way to rid yourself of it is to add a transparent label over it.

Maximus_Alex2003	I, myself, am a bit confused by this. Are you suggesting to be able to Dock the Dream Seeker to certain places -- Or to your choice -- and "Lock" it there until you "UnLock" it and it can move freely again?

Falacy	He's talking about interface windows for games. By default you can drag them by clicking anywhere on the background - which you can disable by placing a blank label to serve as your background. I requested this option long ago on the forums, before the tracker was even implemented, they said they could change it but then never did lol
