I made this server because I feel that the other pheonix servers are doing it wrong, and are run by children.
Our admins give assess, and crandal.
No one is killed without good reason, and rediculasly evil characters will be banned unless they have a good reason to kill that person. In wich case a hero will be chosen to oppose them.
