Which shadows look best? Or, if all those angles look wrong, feel free to doodle up your own version.

The last one. For some reason the walls look as if there floating imo.

The bottom side of the wall is barely darker than the top of the wall which means it's getting almost as much light, so the shadows should go almost straight to the right (or up and right). With the shadows going down and right, both sides of the walls should be dark. If the sides of the wall were darkened as much as the grass is, any of those screenshots would look fine.
Given the brightness/darkness of the brick walls, that looks better. The only problem there is the top-left section of wall, you'd expect a diagonal shadow to be cast on the bottom side of the brick wall.

Working with those impossible perspective _/ walls was too clunky, so I just went with a new style altogether =P

I'll admit visually I think I liked the other way better.. but if it detracts from your ability to make the game awesome I think it's better to get rid of it.
Although I would personally prefer #2, to fit the block style I'm going to pick #1.
