Tell that to the Streets of Rage developer. Or the Environmental Station Alpha developer.

8x8 retro games are growing in appeal.

Wasn't aware, I guess I should speak for myself instead of everyone.

Might just be my personal bias.

The size isn't what matters, it's the composition that matters. Kozuma's got an excellent sense of taste in terms of environment and UI design. I personally adore the care that goes into his work, and his sense of proportion and aesthetics.

Tiny is the new big Wendy, get over it.

Though seriously Kozuma, post screenshots at a 400% upscale. Because:

you know, damn.

I love it, but imo, there isn't enough contrast between the characters and the background. It took me a decent while to find where the characters are. Just a bit too much noise.

small art rules, though

16x16 master race, reporting in.

Finally found a solution after going crazy, Doohl helped open my mind alittle :)

Where are my mutant giraffes.
They have not been forgotten, Manio!

Feed has still been progressing, despite the silence! Unwanted4Murder and I both recently joined the world of Employment again and haven't had as much time for Feed, but a lot of refining and progress on a couple secret features have been coming along swimmingly! Progress will likely remain fairly quiet until an upcoming announcement in the not-distant-future.

This is what the edge of your seat was made for, Feeders!

Kozu, that's beautiful. Great work! Gotta love a destructible environment.

Kumo, congrats and commiserations on the employment! Looking forward to the not-too-distant announcement.

Dang... I can definitely feel that. I did the 6 day grind for 3 years. Good thing I found new work that is 5 days with Fri/Sat off. The 6 day grind is not fun at all... Barely any time for enjoyment outside of work. All of the money they paid didn't measure up to the fatigue. I guess it depends on what you do. I did garage door installation. Lots of lifting... Both of my kids being in football and cheerleading made me change up my work so I'm not a zombie during practices. 6 days would have been taxing... Anyhow, good luck.
