I know what new versions do but some of the new versions have had buggs in them if i'm not mistaken. So why not take peoples oppinions first

You should have probably asked that directly if that's really want you wanted to know.

The thing is, polling to see how many people noticed a change in a problem is kinda weird because, whether or not somebody noticed a change in something, it happened, right?
