Implementing this feature is not possible now or in the foreseeable future
Currently when resizing/stretching the map control, both the map and the HUD objects are drawn stretched/shrunk.

When displaying scores, text, meters, inventory and various other things, they lose their clarity and often are less readable.

The request is to have a way to prevent stretching of a HUD object and display it at it's original size.

For example, if I was displaying a players life gauge and score, they would remain the same visual size whether it was normal size or maximized.

The way these things are drawn and layered basically makes this request impossible. For non-stretching elements you'll have to stick with augmentations to the skin.
