Alright, I am going to explain this the best I can, hopefully someone can help me. I am helping a friend make a pokemon game, and I am using a Sprite sheet from Heart Hold/Soul Silver with the Pokemon Lab, I took the Lab Sprite off the sheet, but when I pasted it as a DMI file, it still has the white background and not the default mask it should have. How do I make the white go away so when I put it on the map, it will show up the way it needs to?
Swap the white with the transparent color (W - Hotkey for swapping)... Or just fill the white with the transparent color (F - Hotkey for flooding).

The transparent/background DMI color is usually the first color in your color palette on your right-hand side of the editor.

If the file is larger than the allowed size for editing in the Dream Maker, simply save the image with its transparent background in some other program like Paint [as .PNG], then import it into DM.

Hope this helps.
