okay.
I noticed the BYOND atom/logo on your top logo is a bit blurry, from resizing. I cleaned up the logo from the member's page - it's a bit bigger, but, I think it'll do. It has no dropshadow, though, and accents of blue on the edges.

I think the second one is a bit more consistent with the rest of the ad, so I'll submit that one. It probably doesn't make a heck of a lot of difference.

Thanks for the work!
Glad you went with that, I think you're correct about the consistency aspect.

My recommendation is to have a very small collage of some of BYOND's best games in the back ground, similar to here.

Agreed. I was going to do this as a serious attempt, but it was easier to make a joke of SSX's.

edit: my god 3 pages later.
I was just browsing opengameart.org looking for some pixel art for my game and I was very surprised and happy to see this:

Fantastic work, EG! (:
I was in a bit of a hurry, and lazily re-posted that clapping image last time so my post was understandably removed. What I meant to say before was Congratulations for your ad being used, EG, and I hope this gets BYOND some positive attention and a few good new faces!
I'm sorry, I don't mean to rile anything up with this post, but the fact that 'publish your games' is listed on the ad without mention of it being a paid publishing(with the membership) irks me. I understand it's still meant to be changed, and I would feel a lot better with a date attached to when hubs are no longer a member benefit. Still, I don't think it should be placed in the ad until after the reversion to the free hubs.
I would agree, if the add used the word 'free' anywhere. The word free is 100% avoided in the ad just to dodge that. You can publish your game without a hub, it's been discussed before.
It's fine even if there was no plans to change how hub services are provided. You can publish your game to your peers, as it states, and is a fairly strong distinguishing factor between BYOND and other similar platforms. So it makes perfect sense to have in the advert.

The fact there's a fee associated with hub-based publishing doesn't really make the capability any less real. It'll be something a new developer will weigh up themselves when deciding to use the platform, after following the advert. If they don't know the capability exists though, they might be tempted to skip over BYOND / the advert entirely.
Well, if it comes to advertising, I would like to show off something as well.

Poor web presentation, and the ".weebly" kills any attempt at professionalism.

It's getting there though. It has a point, but it doesn't seem like it is presenting itself how it wants to. I have been reading over the text on the pages, and it seems like a... faux-commercialism type deal. Almost like a parody.

What you are going to need to is give a brief, yet informative, description of how you are going to help your clients. What types of advertisements, how do you do it? What do you offer that no one else is? Can you give a service promise? Your packages also need some refinement, but I can see that this is all just starting up, so there is time to improve.

I have also noticed the "visitor counter" is inaccurate. Every time I go back to the home page to check up on something, it keeps going up. So I guess it is true when it comes to people visiting the home page, but not unique visitors.
A professional site would never have one of those tacky visitor counters..
