Heh, only around half of it. The other half comes from non-pornographic art books, games (in particular fighting games), and other such stuff.

This is not an issue if byond wanted to do it for not. They HAD to do it because the people who own the copyright said do. If people choose to create games using there product, They make the rules.

And besides didn't you rip that one pokemon game and then lie saying the owner gave you permission? Someone needs to call nintendo @_@

I can see issue this turning into a large "let's phone up every holder of IPs" war, which will probably lead BYOND down and out, as the fan-game based community dwarfs the users that favor original games 10:1. It might just ruin the entire service for everyone if the funds for BYOND run dry.

This is probably the first step, in which will become a much larger issue.

I'm already dissapointed in people that doesn't actually try to listen and find out the truth. You people(most people) judge without knowing the truth. Since i'm already dissapointed in that, i have no intention of telling you the truth either.

So just don't reply, and do what you gotta do. Don't start pointless arguments.

Although my sarcasm may prove otherwise, I made this point to a friend on msn. It's going to eventually become "Well they reported DBZ to funimation lets report naruto and bleach and so on" One of those if I can't have my way nobody can sort of deals.

You understand BYOND has been around over a decade I started November 2001 and since then i've seen many fan games with even more players than now they did sub / donation back then it was called dimes, so whats your point?

Of course i do. What i'm pointing out is that all of this was hurting nobody, untill Silk got jealous of Falacy.

SilkWizard always had something against Anime Games, even though he tends to deny it, this is just more prove about his hate towards it.

I don't understand his problem it doesn't hurt anybody, people play the games because they enjoy it, and when they enjoy games they tend to donate to help the game improve, but he was getting jealous of people such as Falacy making money out of it,
