Descriptive Problem Summary:
DreamDaemon's overzealous DDoS checking can ban a host from itself. i.e. This should never appear in my log:
Possible denial of service attempt from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
where the IP address is the host's own IP.
Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Send/receive lots of locally transmitted Export()s from one or more games.
