Server issue

Recently purchased a shell server but when I try to host it does not show on the hub of the game, I've eliminated the fact that it could be the game thats the issue but i've tried to host with multiple games and it still has the same issue, even reinstalled the OS. When I try to log on BYOND it also says login restricted but when I logg in via the web it lets me. Anyway to fix is or is it the shell company thats having the issue. I've already tried disabling firewall.

Dipic	Verify that you're using the correct hub password. I'm not too familiar with shells, but if they have port forwarding options you may want to look into that.

Avainer1	If its NFO your using then your most likely facing a ban of BYOND that's affecting the whole server, BLN has the same issue and so those variety of games that host on that server, your best bet is to contact the BYOND staff into unbanning the NFO hosting machines.
