You need to open a port, you can however use DMZ on the router which opens all ports, I would highly suggest not doing that as it can leave you vulnerable.

DMZ is a setting on the router which you can switch on or off.
I would suggest trying http://byondpanel.com if you have some spare cash or just can't figure out how to open a port. | |
