Banning somebody from BYOND would not prevent that person from obtaining your information (what you call 'hacking').
It is up to you to find the hole in your security measures (likely you accepted some file and got a trojan/key-logger/what have you) and afterwards regain your account through this link.
BYOND can't help you to secure your computer and to refrain from taking obviously insecure actions.

Some guy found out your password and used it to gain access to those keys. The fault here lies with you- you should have got a more secure password or at least not tell everybody what your password is.

Cheat Engine is a program that can be used to edit the memory of a program. It's used to cheat in games; it can't be used to steal account data or anything like that.

If you still have access to the original e-mail account used to sign up for those BYOND keys, I suggest you ask the BYOND Locksmith (when logging in, click BYOND Locksmith and type in the stolen keys) to send an e-mail to your original e-mail address. You will then be able to reset the password.

Once you have access back you'll want to change the e-mail and password of your account to a more secure one. This time though, don't give this information to anybody!

If he's gaining access to your keys as easily as you say he is, change the password on your email account.

Banning him from BYOND will do nothing, because an IP bad is essentially worthless. Anyone who can "hack" your key is more than capable of spoofing an IP address, circumventing the ban and just wasting our time.

Cheat Engine can't be used to steal account details, you have a leak somewhere in your security that's allowing this user to compromise your security.

Download Avast Anti-Virus, install and run it, remove anything that can compromise your computers security (virus, trojen etc). Change the password on your email account, then go to the locksmith and reset your BYOND password.

Also, please don't make posts in all capital letters. Doing so is more likely than not going to get your posts deleted, as you can see.

Don't forget to check for physical keyloggers, too! It could always be an annoying, yet techy, family member (personally, I really want it for that purpose).

In response to Fastflyer
No, BYOND can't just ban someone. It's your fault for making your password available to him. If it's a piece of malware, then quit downloading porn, or illegal content, or whatever. If it's a weak password, then next time, make your password stronger. If it's you telling someone your password, next time, don't tell someone.

You can't ban a PC from going on a site on the internet, nor can you ban an internet from going a website (seriously, what are you tripping?). Also, it's easy to change your IP, he would just need to google it.

DUDE i dont wach porn im no perv jeez were do u get this stuff and its not my fault he has a hacker bann him we gave u a damn screen shot dumb ass he said he can change the pass anytime he wanted ban him

Wait, he knows how to hack but not how to change his IP? If you don't want to pay money then download malwarebytes it requires no cash to download. Point is you have a keylogger on your computer so get over it, scan for it, and get rid of it.

banned the guy he has more accs and he can change there passes anytime he wants its not just that one acc
It's safe to say this isn't an issue on BYOND's half, it's your careless management of passwords. I've been on BYOND all this time and never have I been "hacked" before. Why? I don't know! Maaaayybeeee because my password is extremely strong and not in the english dictionary, and I don't give my password away to people or websites that aren't affiliated with BYOND.

Dear Fastflyer,
you have received a warning by a moderator, so you have to decide to either take your time and carefully revise your actions now, or to have your access to the website restricted.
You claim that somebody who is proficient with reverse engineering enough to achieve a rather complicated task (also known as 'hacker', though I know that's not how you use the word), would not be capable to take a task even a trained ape can handle. This sounds highly unlikely, now doesn't it? According to the screenshoot, he's not even up to the task of proper spelling. Thus it would seem valid to assume that this is a script kiddie at most, which means you have to accept the fact that this person gained the data due to your fault. That is nothing anybody else can stop, but you yourself. If you keep your cars door unlocked, you can hardly tell the company that produces the car to get better security.
As for a banishment, a screenshoot is by no means to be considered solid, uneditable evidence and even if it were and the 'hacker' would be banished, that would be no help to you, since that does not remove his access to your computer. If you research no the topic, you're bound to see that these are undeniable facts.

Fastflyer, the best option you have of keeping your account secure is to change your recovery options with the email address you have your accounts linked to, that includes the original one, and any new one you have at the moment. It only takes 1 slip of the tongue for someone to learn it "What is your pet dog's name?"
When, you could have gotten a new dog at the time going YAY I HAS A DOG NAO HIS NAME IS .... And you just released your recover answer. Sometimes people can find out where you live if you have your email address linked up to social networking sites through uses of tools such as Spokeo: http://www.spokeo.com/email

Change your email account recovery question... (Since Byond will not let you do it. *glares*)

Change your passwords, Change everything. And don't tell anyone what any of it is.
