No, you're literally making yourself come across as both an idiot and an, well, I can't say that on the forums. I had the same misconception a while ago; sleep() and spawn() take 1/10 seconds, and world.tick_lag works in 1/10 seconds as well. sleep() and spawn() then round to the nearest multiple of world.tick_lag if necessary (well, it may round to the floor, I don't know for sure).
