Updater [Edit - A bug, not a feature?]

The upgrade for 417 to 418 worked flawlessly, but I'd like to see a change log or the right forum announcement about the update whenever I do update. Perhaps it could even be integrated into the Home tab on the pager.

Edit:

Turns out Keeth got a change log in his browser after updating. I did not.

There is an "info" button on the update screen, and also there should be a "[info]" next to the "You've got updates [BYOND]" output.
