Could the link on a poster's image be changed so that it goes to the post, rather than to the person's page?
For example, in BYOND Strategy, to view one of ACWraith's posts, you have to click on the post's title. If the icon also went to the post, there'd be a greater click-able area, making it easier to view posts. If someone really wanted to see the poster's member page, their name is still there as a link.

I also like this suggestion for the members site, but there's a more pressing issue that brings this far beyond the bounds of a "me too" post...
