ummm....maybe its a little out of place, but i have dream seeker on my nokia cellphone/computer. The screen is only 4 inches wide but its still fun to play it when im stuck on a plane for 4 hours.

That's neat! Your cell phone runs Windows?

Yeah, my cell phone runs a version of XP made for it. Its not quite the same (instead of a mouse it uses touch screen).

And what cell phone is this? O.O

A friend of mine (by the name of Oliver) has one of those. He brought it into a history lesson where we learnt about facist Italy and Mussolini's rise to power.

Were you aware that Mussolini used blackmail and the threat of violence to dissuade his political enemies? Of course, there were the black-shirt mobs hurting socialists whilst the liberal-government turned a blind eye, but a large extent was mere threats and hot air. Mussolini nearly had to give the game up when one of the leading Socialist MPs was murdered- such was the controversy and media coverage that Mussolini entered a great depression. It was only then that he decided to screw his (rather temporary) ideals and go for the personal dictatorship.
He tightened down and restricted the media whilst increasing policing. He lowered the political rights of pretty much everyone and stuff like that!

...But yeah, my friend has one of those in my history class.

You don't know how to spell 'consoles'?
In response to Popisfizzy
Heh. "Consule." That almost sounds French. =) Maybe he's trying to out-culture everyone.

Ok man, this is wrong....i cannot belive you had me tearing apart my house looking for the box so i could tell you, alas i could not find it so all i can tell you is this, Its a nokia, its grey, its 5 inches wide "ish", has a color touch-screen in the middle, and it came with windows on it.

On PSP, highly unlikely. For consoles, I would just like to say that BYOND would problably be fully functional (LINUX version) for the Playstation3, since the PS3 could act like a full-fledged Linux PC (If you choose to install it)

Haha, I always try to tell my friends that, who are obsessed with consules,

Consuls aren't a great subject for obsession. They're too focused on politics.

No one's perfect. Don't be an idiot over it or I'll be sure to point out every little spelling and/or grammer mistake you make.

i have a pocket pc would byond work on that ??
and if it cant wuts to say that it cant, all it is a samll computer just a little tweaking and BAM BAM BAM a poratble byond.
In response to Zog 200
I'm guessing it uses Windows CE. And I dont think pocket PC's have the power to run BYOND anyway.
In response to Smoko
They certainly do. I can run BYOND at my school computers, which are ancient and have 300~MHz processors. Any PDA nowadays that's good with Internet would be at least 300Mhz. The new one I'm planning to get is a 500~Mhz. It needs an internet connection, and at least the above processing capabilites to run BYOND, most likely. Though, you will probably need Windows-Version of PDA for it to work. (Windows CE or whatever it is)
In response to Polantaris
Hmm. Thats cool, I guess. But, do they have the RAM power? And, can windows apps run on CE? I didnt think they could. What about storage space?
In response to Smoko
Byond needs like 3 MB to install/use. Maybe 6 at one time for install + install files. I don't know if it would work on CE, that would be up to the person who cares to find out. Also, my school computers have RAM of like 128MB. They are EXTREMELY old. BYOND doesn't use a lot of system resources when just using Dream Seeker/Dream Maker, when running servers though, that's the difference.

No, they can't. BYOND will not work on Windows CE. Nor is it ever likely to; it wouldn't be as easy to port as Zog suggests.

BYOND can certainly run on those kinds of computers, as they're similar to what I have at school. The ones at school can run Photoshop, Flash MX 2004 and various 3D rendering programs which are all relatively heavy on the resource end of things. They run those programs very *very* slowly (taking about 10 minutes to start up Flash MX 2004), but if they can do that, they can certainly run BYOND.
