Disable Friendly Neurons in two-player games.

Friendly Neurons can now be disabled in games with less than three players. Disabled by default.

This issue has been resolved.
Not much to say here, the friendly neurons attack can ruin a two-player game pretty quickly. Needs to be (optionally) disabled for them.

I've also disabled the Robocracy defense during two-player games as it's fairly redundant and a waste of space in that situation.
