I think it would make the forums much cleaner/accessible if they were viewd as a flat forum style (Shows the topic of the first post and then the number of replys and somtimes the number of views) because sometimes single threads take up the entire page and bump other threads too far back.
I hope that made sence, it was the only way I can tink of how to explain it.
Your thoughts?

How about just a trunkate number of replys option? Show 20 replys and then have a "view all" button to see all the replys.
