Account hacked

My friend recently had his account hacked how is he suppose to get it back!? the email it was regestered to was changed so he can't get a confirmation number sent to make a new password.

Tell him to send email to [email protected] and follow the instructions there.

But unless it's verifiable in some manner, he may just need to create a new account.

We also need to know the key that was allegedly hacked to check this. We have not received a message about it.
