So it's finally here, Pokemon Atom now has animated battles!

For those who don't know what Pokemon Atom is: It's an online Pokemon game using the classic turn-based battle ,featuring gen 1 and 2 and which is set in a new region with a completely new story-line!

I would love something like this being made into two modes, basically a Story Mode and then a Battle Factory/Smogon-esque battle simulator. That would be amazing and I would play every day of my life.

I would say this is the best Pokemon game I have ever experienced on BYOND. Also, the first one I've ever seen/played on BYOND with battle animations! Hope this game hits #1 on the list. Great job!

grammar nazi here, in your screenshot it should say.. "It's [x.name]'s turn!" i guess i misread from earlier, too. "Do you hear anything of what we just said?" translation? "Didn't you hear anything we just said?"

Btw shouldn't the Magma Grunt sound a bit more... thug-like? There's a big difference between "Did you hear anything of what we just said?" and more offensive remarks like "Don't you listen?", "Are you deaf?" and "Is there something wrong with your hearing?"

Might just be me tho.

EDIT: Just a little tip to enhance visual quality~
In the tournament map, it looks a lot better when you have more variety in the NPC that stand in the sidelines. Right now it's flooded with the same 4 sprites and... the occasional grandpa. I don't mean you should make each and every individual NPC different just... a bit more variety wouldn't hurt and ends up making the game look better.

Small details like these make the game's story and look a lot more realistic. Then again, it's Pokemon~ Keep up the good work.

@Neimo- Will fix as soon as possible.

@Redlink The magma grunt acts like this because he was in a middle of a conversation and you just came out of no where and heard some important info. Will try to make him look more thug xD.

There are a few glitches/spelling mistake here and there but nothing big preventing the game to be played. I will be getting to the spelling mistakes as soon as I finish adding the animations.

I focused more on adding Pokemon,Moves,items and TMs.
Right now in-game there's:
- 238 Pokemon( http://www.byond.com/forum/?post=1223453 )
-Over 200 Moves/TMs ( http://www.byond.com/forum/?post=1354285 )
-3 HMs (Cut,Surf,Fly)
