Problem description:

For some reason, it says the Get() and Drop() Verbs are duplicate ever since i put them into the scrolls thing, but they weren't duplicate before.
They both are currently the only thing in my scrolls, too.
That's because there are also similar verbs listed under "paper" which is a child of /obj/scrolls. You should only need to have the verbs defined under /obj/scrolls, not under any of the individual items unless its function is unique to that item.

Did that.

Now it's thinking a Scroll of Axe Making is Paper.

And also thinking Paper is a child of the Scroll of Axe Making. (On the map thingy.)

EDIT: Forget that, i managed to fix it. It turns out i accidentally typed a space. >.>
