Poll: Big update that will change the game, should we wipe?

We are doing a big update, changing the perk system, the technique system and a few other things. This is a question to the players: Should we wipe and start a new wipe; reopening the four major ranks and other supportive ranks? or don't

Wipe everyone except the ranks. And reset the ranks back up using a the newer system so that balance can be created without having to swiftly promote people without rp.
