The best way to do this is to prevent it from happening in the first place by adding cooldowns to things to keep them from being executed quickly.

But as you've shown in the past, you're working from ripped source so I doubt you're gonna have a whole lot of luck getting something implemented that'll help you.

There's no simple way to detect if someone is doing something too quickly without altering the way things are done in the first place. Good luck.
