Problem description:
Well I gave the mob's sight var the SEE_INFRA flag and the mob cannot see objects that are infrared through opaque things.

What i expected:
objects with infrared_luminosity would show up through walls and in darkness

What i got:
Nothing changed

Byond version is 501.1217

Darkness and obstructed vision are different. Objects emitting infrared light can't be seen through walls in this way.
Okay fair enough on seeing through walls, but even in darkness its not lit up like the reference describes for infra_luminosity
From what I can tell on my own testing, the SEE_INFRA bit does not do anything; the see_infrared mob var overrides it entirely. I don't know why both exist, and seeing as they both exist, I don't know why they aren't equivalent.
