Game Idea: An Icon Auction (Strategy)

Thats basically the idea: an icon auction, stratgey style. Feel free to add to the idea. Right now I'm so sleepy that I'm about to pass out. I'll be back tomorrow evening to add to this.

Most people around these parts know little to nothing about icon games, so you might want to enlighten us on how it would work when you first post. I can't see how it would be a strategy game unless I'm not thinking of the correct item.

Icon games are all about ripping from SNES, NES, GBA, and other crap like that... then selling them or trading. It's useless if you can draw your own stuff. I don't even show off my icons now that I know most people use the FTP() proc to download your icons when you load them. Grrrr.
