I see a difference in light source in face and the belt and probably few other parts as well(feet maybe?). Also I think getting rid of line art from textures will make this more dynamic.

I love the way it looks, but I'd be lying if I said that the hand held up in the air looks right to me.
The thumb appears to be missing a joint, and the ring and pinky fingers should probably be under the thumb (Seriously, try doing that hand pose yourself without holding down those fingers with your thumb. If you think its easy, you don't have your arm held up to your face and parallel to the ground.). | |

From what I saw in pictures the eyes are not visible. Also I thought the hands you made looked way too big so I resized them. I would say the same for fee too or maybe the whole body except for height is out of proportions?
