So how can I do all these? Should I hire a game designer to make the game fun, a programmer to code the game and an artist to provide art. Hey I already put up my ad but the fees are too high. I want to program the game better but I am not good at game design. I am not sure what kind of art I need.
I would suggest .. researching what you want first.

What kind of art

There's tons of stuff you need to do, you can't just jump in and attempt to make successful game.

Oh I think I get it! You mean I need to learn game design in order to know how to create a game? I think I will also learn game programming and graphics art in order to make a good game. I fail at games because I lack training.

I think I get the whole business thing! This is about investing money on the team to create the game as would any other business and would depend on lots of factors if it will be success.
Soon you'll be on your way to Business 101 at the local community college.

Come back when you've actually taken the time to read and actually learn something, instead of just saying "I get it".

That's like saying .. I get the whole BYOND source because I read DM even though it's another language I've never seen before...

To be fair, you don't necessarily need to know code to follow code. I can follow Mathematica code despite not truly knowing how it's done.
