How do I use DMCGI on a website?

This is bugging me because I'd really like to use this, however I uploaded the .dmb to my website and when I go to the page, it just says page cannot be found. I think I have to install BYOND on the website but I'm not even sure of how to do that. Help?

What company does your hosting, out of curiosity?

I use 1and1.com I'm not entirely sure if they support it but I think I heard a while back somebody was using it and got it to work.
