At the moment, the only way to get an embed code is hosting with Dream Daemon. Will this be available to single-player games? If so when and how will the code be generated without a link to an address?

Single-player games aren't supported by the web-client. The web-client can only connect to live games, it's not an interpreter, just a (thin) client.
