For the past week i couldn't even run BYOND. It takes half an hour to launch it and when you do launch it you can't do anything because of it being so slow.

What are the specifications for your PC?
-CPU -GPU -RAM And do you have any other programs running in the background that may be using up resources (you can check this by starting up your task manager)? | |
Intel i7 930 2.80GHz, 6.00 GB Ram, Nvidia GTX 780

Additionally, have you tried clearing your cache? You can do so in the top-right corner where you'll see your settings. Click preferences and click the games tab to clear your cache.
