What program do you use for CSS and HTML? Notepad bothers me to no end.
I like Notepad++ since it does tabs for different text documents, as well as syntax highlighting.

Gets the job done nicely. Thank you.
Also make sure to get an add-on like Firebug. It's great for inspecting a page and seeing how your HTML/CSS is being interpreted, and for testing quick changes.

Or, if you use Chrome, it has a built-in firebug, so to speak.

Yea, I've seen it's Javascript debugger, it looks cool. Haven't had an occasion to use it yet, though.
