Quick questions simple yes or no will work anyways
so is it legal to use songs uhh ie
" Three Days Grace - Animal I Have Become "
say i wanted to use this in a game ok its ok if your not making money of the game right because when you make money its then considerd commercial correct? also if it isnt legal what are the chances of a company makeing a lawsuit agianst you?

1) It's illegal regardless, to my knowledge.
2) Pretty low, they would probably issue a cease and desist order instead. Then they would sue if you didn't listen to them.

that means if they find there content in your game
they will ask you to remove it and if you dont then you get sued correct?
